Request Peopler account deletion

Use the steps below to remove your Peopler account and delete the personal data associated with it whenever you no longer want to use the app.

Delete your account from the app

1. Open the Peopler app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Tap your avatar to open Settings, then choose "Delete my data".
3. Confirm the prompts to permanently delete your account.

Need help without app access?

Email support@peopler.social from the address linked to your account and request deletion. We will confirm the request within 7 days and complete the process within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Profile information such as your phone number, and selected country.
• Authentication tokens and active sessions for the deleted account.

What we retain temporarily

For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance we keep anonymized audit logs for up to 30 days after deletion. These logs are decoupled from your deleted profile and cannot be tied back to you.

Confirmation

You will see an in-app confirmation when the deletion is complete. If you contact support, we will notify you by email once the request is finished.
